Greg Schweich, Development
Greg has been in the real estate industry and developing land for over 35 years. He has developed over 200 home sites within the metro area. Greg's specialties lie in neighborhoods with lake-front views, individual lake lots and convenient and walk-able locations. As a real-estate developer-entrepreneur, he has experience in all levels of land development and home-building, including property level feasibility, due diligence analysis, acquisitions, financing, entitlements, product creation & architecture and general contracting. Through years of experience, he has developed the uncanny ability to see the best use of land where others may not.
Sarah Bell Revak, Interior Designer & Project Coordinator
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Southwest Florida College, in 2014. Landing a position at Wright Interior Group in Naples, Florida, she worked on several multi-million-dollar homes. After moving back to Minnesota, she excitedly took the new In-House Interior Design position with Copper Creek. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic make her an extraordinary component of our team. Sarah has a keen eye for all design selections and loves focusing on the fine details to complete the project.
Kayla Miller, Sales & Marketing Assistant
Kayla is a licensed real estate agent and an assistant to Mary Schweich. Kayla helps provide frequent and reliable communication. She prepares marketing materials such as brochures, custom literature about properties, newspaper and magazine advertisements, as well as online marketing and social media boosts. She also coordinates marketing activities for listings such as open houses, broker tours and showing appointments. With her organized side, she works hard to ensure all information is correct and all deadlines are met to keep the timeline moving forward.
